HPCC Annual Spring Plant Sale
Proceeds from this sale support the services and care that we provide to Chenango County families.
This year’s Hospice Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser is operating differently than in prior years. We will be providing each customer with vouchers for their plant orders. Vouchers and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Customers can then bring their vouchers to pick up their plants directly from the participating florists (Pires Flower Basket and Mountain View Gardens) between April 25th and May 25th.
Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County has been caring for Chenango County families since 1991. Last year, we cared for almost 200 community members and their families, providing relief when it was most needed. Your generous support empowers our organization to continue delivering the highest quality of care and to be a prime source of relief for our community.
