ABOUT THIS YEAR’S SALE!
For this year’s Hospice Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser, we will be providing our customers with vouchers for their plants. Customers can then bring their vouchers to pick up their plants between April 25, 2025, and May 25, 2025, directly from the participating florists, Pires Flower Basket of Norwich and Mountain View Gardens of Sherburne. Vouchers and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, and vouchers must be redeemed at the respective florist indicated on each voucher.

Customers can then bring their vouchers to pick up their plants directly from the participating florists (Pires Flower Basket and Mountain View Gardens) between April 25th and May 25th.
Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County has been caring for Chenango County families since 1991. Last year, we cared for almost 200 community members and their families, providing relief when it was most needed. Your generous support empowers our organization to continue delivering the highest quality of care and to be a prime source of relief for our community.
